Lions Club Project Management & Evaluation System (CodeIgniter, Laravel, Flutter, Android, IOS)
Overview
Built and deployed a comprehensive project management and evaluation system for Lions Clubs in Sri Lanka to streamline the tracking of service and administrative projects.
The system allows clubs to submit projects, upload images, and generate detailed reports for district evaluation at the end of the Lionistic year.
I developed the web dashboard using the CodeIgniter framework, implemented mobile APIs using Laravel, and built cross-platform mobile apps (Android & iOS) using Flutter for convenient on-the-go reporting.
Images and documents are securely stored using AWS S3, ensuring reliable and scalable file management.
The platform is actively used by four Lions districts in Sri Lanka, supporting thousands of members in managing, evaluating, and showcasing their service impact efficiently.

Report Submission & Evaluation
Clubs can easily submit detailed project reports, including images and activity data, directly from the web or mobile apps. District officers can then review, evaluate, and approve submissions using an integrated scoring and feedback system — ensuring transparent and efficient project assessment.
Mobile App Integration
Built with Flutter for Android and iOS, the mobile apps allow members to submit reports, upload photos, and view project statuses on the go. The apps connect seamlessly with the Laravel API backend for smooth, real-time synchronization across all districts.
Reporting & Analytics
Comprehensive analytics and report generation tools allow administrators to track progress across clubs and zones. Visual charts and summaries display participation levels, project categories, and impact metrics — helping district leaders make data-driven decisions at the end of the Lionistic year.
Website Management
The system includes a dynamic website management module for district-level updates, event highlights, and project showcases. Administrators can publish news, announcements, and success stories, keeping members and the public informed of Lions activities across the district.
